Membership

Entitles the membership holder to unlimited access to The Font facilities for the period displayed within the membership from the date of purchase. Must be used only by the named membership holder.‍

CANCELLATION POLICY: Memberships are non-refundable except in certain circumstances. Refunds will be available to members in the case of your pregnancy or onset of a long-term life altering medical condition. Please get in touch with our team at info@the-font.co.uk to discuss cancelling a membership.

‍ROLLING MEMBERSHIPS CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 5 days notice in order to cancel a rolling membership. Rolling memberships can be cancelled after just 1 full month of payment.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIP: If you encounter a short-term medical condition that limits your use of the centre during your membership term, e.g. a broken leg, we will enable you to freeze your membership until you are able to reinstate it again.

STUDENT Membership

All fixed term memberships are non-refundable.
By committing to a fixed term membership, you are agreeing to pay the monthly fee for the full term in exchange for a discounted rate.
If you have a fixed-term membership, you cannot cancel it mid-way through your contract and receive a refund for the remaining time, except if you cancel within the first 14 days of your term.
Please note that your fixed term membership will recur at the end of the fixed term. You can apply a cancellation for the end of your fixed term at any point before the membership recurs.
If you are unable to climb due to a medical reason, you can apply for a membership freeze for as long as is required to allow you to return to sport, please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.
The Font Climbing reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time for any of the following reasons:
The Member's failure to make payments when due.
The Member's violation of The Font Climbing's rules and conditions.
The Member's conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
The Font Climbing will provide 14 days written notice of termination, except in cases of serious misconduct, in which case termination may be immediate.
Early termination may be permitted in the following circumstances, subject to the Member providing satisfactory supporting documentation:

Permanent Relocation: If the Member permanently relocates more than 20 miles from any of The Font Climbing facilities.

‍Medical Reasons: If a medical condition prevents the Member from using the Gym's facilities.

10 pass bundle

Entitles the purchaser to 10 entry passes to be used anytime over the period of 1 year, from first visit. Must be used only by the purchasing customer – no transferring of passes to other customers will be permitted.

Refunds will be available in the case of the onset of a long-term life altering medical condition. Please get in touch with our team at info@the-font.co.uk to discuss.

PREGNANCY: We will extend the expiry date to ensure you are able to use your passes as and when you are able to. Please get in touch with our team at info@the-font.co.uk to discuss.

ONE-OFF CLIMB

Entitles the purchaser to a single day pass with no time limit.

14-day climbing trial: the details

Unlimited access for 14 days at The Font Wandsworth & Borough.
Valid for all climbers (experienced & new).
Start your trial:
- Experienced Climbers: First visit to either center.
- New Climbers: Introductory climbing class date.
Activate within: 2 months of purchase (or it expires).
Non-refundable, one-time use only.
Not valid for existing members.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel a session, log into The Font App or your account. Navigate to your Profile page, then on to the Schedule tab. You’ll be able to cancel using the button provided. If you are cancelling after the 48-hour cancellation window it will notify you of this and allow you to ‘Late Cancel’ the session. If you are cancelling for a Junior session please get in touch at info@the-font.co.uk and we will process this for you.
