I am a seasoned sports injury specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the field of sports. My extensive background encompasses working with athletes of all levels, from amateurs to professionals, helping them overcome injuries and achieve peak performance.

My expertise lies in motivating and guiding individuals through the intricacies of injury rehabilitation. I am dedicated to not only restoring your previous levels of fitness but also pushing your performance to unprecedented heights. Whether you're recovering from a minor strain or a major injury, I employ tailored rehabilitation programs to ensure a safe and effective recovery.In addition to injury rehabilitation, I offer comprehensive coaching and personal training services.

My approach is holistic, addressing the unique needs and goals of each client, regardless of their current ability or the sport they are involved in. From improving general fitness and stamina to specialised training for specific sports, my aim is to help you achieve and exceed your athletic aspirations.

My professional journey includes extensive experience working with full-time professional and elite-level athletes. In motorsport, I have supported competitors across all junior categories, from karting to Formula 2. My football experience spans from premier league academies to full-time men’s clubs, where I have contributed to the development and recovery of players at various stages of their careers. Additionally, I have successfully worked with athletes returning to racket sports, rugby, running, CrossFit, and Hyrox events.
